To do this, we have completely rethought our driver salries conditions!

We are pleased to announce that as of October 2017, as soon as the E-Logs and telemetry modules are operational on all our trucks, ALL OUR DRIVERS WILL BE PAID HOURLY, AND THIS, EVEN ON LONG DISTANCE HAULS ...! 


The new salary conditions will be as follows: 


"Senior" status 
(over 2 years of experience): 

  • "Driving" / "In service" 
  • Start: $ 25 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 1 year: $ 26 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 2 years: $ 26 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 3 years: $ 27 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 5 years: $ 28 / hr - $ 18 / hr

 

"Junior" 
(Less than 2 years experience): 

  • "Driving" / "On duty" 
  • Start: $ 21 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 1 year: $ 23 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 2 years: $ 26 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 3 years: $ 27 / hr - $ 18 / hr 
  • 5 years: $ 28 / hr - $ 18 / hr

 

  • Hours worked after 60 hrs a week will be paid time and ½. 
  • Layover Premium: $ 200 / day 
  • "Wide Load" Bonus: $ 75 / day 
  • Bonus for "Inspection without Violation": $ 50 / inspection 
  • Premium for pick-ups and deliveries: $ 25 / in addition to salary) 
  • And $ 51 / non-taxable per day for expenses, included in salary 
  • Pay calculated and deposited weekly.
